Course 01Listed styles in the current range
Course 02Reading the range
The six styles split into two order logics. Listed entry styles (20–500 pieces) exist so a buyer can trial the factory, grade the sizing and test the wash routine before committing a full program. Volume styles (3,000 pieces/sets) are production-run styles for chains and distributors, where the unit economics of a dedicated run apply. Both logics draw on the same fabric program (Course 03), but fabric is assigned per style: a trial in an entry style speaks for that style's cloth, and a volume style's own fabric line is confirmed at quotation.
Sleeve length, collar form and fit block are the three decisions that define a coat order. Long sleeves remain the default for chef grades; short sleeves are typically specified for hot production kitchens and bakery lines. Women's and unisex styles are quoted as separate size sets — confirm the split at quotation so the size curve matches your brigade.
Course 03The fabric program behind the coats
Listed styles run on the group's documented chef fabric program: poly cotton 80/20 at 185 GSM and 65/35 at 130 GSM, cotton rich 60/40 (including a 180 GSM manual line), a cotton rich stretch at 53/45/2 and 160 GSM, and 100% cotton at 190 GSM, alongside the premium birdseye and cationic tiers described in the fabric guide. Fabric is assigned per style at quotation — the tier you choose is the tier that is sampled, approved and produced.
Course 04Ordering notes
- MOQ is per style as listed above; how an order splits across the size set within a style is confirmed per style at quotation.
- Size sets are confirmed per style at the sampling stage; send your size curve with the inquiry.
- For names, titles and logos on any of these styles, the same coats are handled as a custom program — see Custom Chef Coats.
- Samples run on a 7-day production lead time; one regular sample garment is free (buyer pays courier freight), and custom samples carry a sampling fee that is usually deductible against the bulk order.
