Course 01How wholesale works here
As the chef coat manufacturer behind the program, we sell production, not stock. A wholesale order runs: style and fabric selection → per-style quotation (valid 30 days) → sampling (7-day production lead time; one regular sample garment free, buyer pays courier freight; custom samples carry a sampling fee usually deductible against the bulk order) → bulk production on the China basis (35 days) or the Myanmar factory basis (90–120 days) → outgoing inspection at AQL 2.5/4.0 → shipment by air or ocean freight, FCL or LCL. Payment terms on quotations: credit card, wire transfer or PayPal.
Course 02Minimums, stated per style
- Entry styles — Classic Chef Coat from 20 pieces; Stand-Up Collar Chef Coat from 50 pieces. These exist for trials, grading checks and small brigades.
- Property styles — Hotel Cuisine & Bakery Chef Coat from 500 pieces.
- Volume styles — long-sleeve professional sets, women's and short-sleeve stretch coats, and the waiter/sushi uniform from 3,000 pieces or sets.
- Unlisted work — pants, aprons, hats and developed styles are confirmed per style at quotation.
Full style detail is on the coat range; the same per-style discipline applies to wholesale chef coats ordered with embroidery through the custom program.
Course 03Distributor and private-label programs
Uniform distributors and regional suppliers buy this program two ways. Under OEM, your designs are quoted and produced as supplied, with your label applied in the production flow. Under ODM, the group's existing styles and fabric tiers carry your label and packaging. In both cases the commercial structure is the same: per-style MOQs, a stocked mainline fabric (the TS 94/6 cloth at 170 GSM sits in the program as a standing fabric option for repeat styles), and reorders confirmed per quotation against the original order specification.
Course 04The trust basis
The program is part of Fuxin Fuyi Industry Co., Ltd., a full-chain uniform group (spinning, weaving, dyeing and garment making) manufacturing uniforms since 2006; its Yangon garment factory produced 5 million garments in 2022 across all categories. On a company-reported basis the group supplies 1,000+ uniform companies and exports to approximately 80 countries. Group-level certifications held include BSCI, Sedex, OEKO-TEX, GRS and ISO 9001 — stated at name level; outgoing quality is the working evidence: AQL 2.5/4.0 inspection on every order, with SGS or ITS third-party inspection accepted. More on the group: About. For a chef uniforms supplier relationship that starts with numbers instead of adjectives, send the first ticket through the quotation form.
