Course 01The documented hotel style
Course 02How a property program is structured
A hospitality uniform program separates into families that share one specification system: the kitchen family (coats by grade, pants, aprons, hats — the documented core of this site), the service family (waiter uniforms and waist aprons for restaurants, bars and banqueting), and the property's remaining departments, which are scoped into the program at quotation. Each family carries its own fabric tier and size set; the quotation states every style on its own line with its own MOQ and lead time. The planning method — how properties sequence specification, sampling and rollout across departments — is set out in the Hotel Staff Uniform Program guide.
Course 03Why hotels consolidate
- One QC standard — outgoing inspection at AQL 2.5/4.0 across every family, with SGS or ITS third-party inspection accepted.
- One embroidery standard — property logo, department and name embroidery approved once, applied across families (see the embroidery guide).
- One production relationship — OEM for the property's own designs, ODM where the group's designs carry the property label; samples on a 7-day production lead time, bulk on the China (35-day) or Myanmar (90–120-day) production basis that fits the opening calendar.
Hotel uniform suppliers are usually judged on whether reorders stay boring. Ours do: reorders are quoted against the original order specification — the same fabric tiers, size sets and embroidery placements as approved — so a restock two seasons later is a repeat of a known line, not a new negotiation.
